On May 5th AUSSIE FIT will launch their “Amazing Workout” Cinco de Mayo Fiesta! Guests are welcome to attend up to 9 great Les Mills group fitness classes led by their best instructors. There will be food, refreshments, snacks, door prizes and drawings for giveaways. Come and join in the fun!
CORPORATIONS are also invited to assemble their teams of 8 employees for a 30 day weight loss challenge. (Minimum requirement is 2 teams per Company, as this is a challenge).Teams can visit Aussie Fit during the calendar week beginning May 7th to register their team and “weigh in”. Team members will record their baseline statistics on our “Life centers” (supervised by a staff member) recording their body weight, body fat %, Blood pressure and Body Mass Index. Exactly 30 days later, the ‘weigh out” will take place. All participants will get a free pedometer and a 7 day pass to Aussie Fit to get them started on their weight loss program. All winning team members will get a 30 day free membership and personal training session at Aussie Fit. Mill Run area companies are encouraged to get their employees involved to get healthy and lose weight.
On May 19th, AussieFIT will host a Health & Wellness Fair. Mill Run residents and employees are invited between 9am and 1pm. They will have a number of prominent Health Care Professionals offering free health screenings, including Blood Pressure tests, Posture, Hearing, Sight, Body Fat percentage tests, Body Mass index and more. There will be fitness tips and clinics hosted by their certified personal trainers. They will also provide fabulous door prizes, healthy snacks and refreshments. Everyone is welcome and it is free to the public.

New Players Theater Festival announces the following summer offerings. All performances will take place at 8PM at the Mill Run Amphitheatre in Hilliard, OH. 43206. Tickets are pay-what-you will at the gate. Please note that there will not be performances on 7/1 or 7/5.
